Heavenly Father, thank you that in Jesus you've gathered us from all nations and brought us to your land. Thank you for cleaning us from all of our unrighteousness. We gratefully receive the gift you've given us of a new heart and a new spirit. Thank you for removing our hearts of stone and replacing them with hearts of flesh. Thank you for putting your Spirit within us. Thank you that by your Spirit we are now able to follow carefully all of your commands. Thank you for calling us your people and for being our God.   Amen. (source)
